 This Appreciation Thought is Expressed for My Loving Friends

Knowing who you are is power. You inspire yourself and others. My life has had its ups and downs, but I no longer want to dwell on my dramas. I have become aware and sensitive enough to realize that, through the years, I have always had friends. They have been there, waiting for me to notice how loved I am by them.

Friends who nurture your growth and self-development help you become the greatest version of yourself. That potential has always been within me. Your light shines both within you and around you the moment you realize your endless capabilities, your infinite potential, and your divinity.

I now love what I have, and it is enough. These core friends allow me to grow and integrate my higher consciousness by being of service to them. As I serve my higher purpose, I serve theirs too. Isn't that wonderful? Life filled with ease, peace, joy, and glory.

I know who I am now, and that knowledge has freed me from my false perceptions about life. Life is about giving and receiving, not taking. Along the way, every friend we meet — whether they bring good or bad experiences — is a gift. They serve our higher purpose, helping us become the greatest versions of ourselves.

Moments change because energy transmutes when we shift our mindset: from fear to love, from negativity to positivity, from destructive to life-affirming. We create and uncreate our realities depending on our level of consciousness. That is power — the power to integrate our well-being and serve others.

Acceptance, resolution, forgiveness, and love all contribute to the goodness in life. Then, a blissful state emerges. Viewing life as it is bringing harmony. Loving relationships require effort, practice, and responsibility. Choosing freedom also means accepting the responsibility that comes with it.

I am so grateful for where I am now. Another layer of awareness has peeled away, and I congratulate myself for being open to accepting and allowing myself to be who I am — ever-changing, always learning, and moving forward in life. Amen.
