Dialogue
Human interactions and relationships are essential for existence. I wish I knew this before, but it is never too late to discover every corner of my mind. To have enough friends and sit alone with them in deep conversations, half-drunk under the full moon, and recognize how lucky you are—that you always have a good moment. Knowing that there is nothing wrong with you, and nothing to apologize for in your personality. All is well. Knowing what you like and love to do is what really matters. It's about what makes you happy, energized, and gives you a good time, good vibes. Being keenly aware of others' motives is also important to analyse. Being aware means your sensitivity and attention are sharp. You only reveal yourself to people you feel safe with, people you trust. You allow them to get inside your barriers. You are tactful and observant. You observe your thoughts, and not everyone has access to you.
Calmness of Being
The calmness of being is the understanding of the self, a deep knowing of who you are. It’s like peeling back layers of programs and conditions. Stripping off these layers, noticing the obvious, and simply being calm. Choosing to be calm. Your thoughts are running 24/7 because you exist. So, the funny part is, you think everything is real and serious—but what is really the truth? We seek and search for meaning to feel fulfilled, doing everything we do to achieve a state of being through our efforts, just to feel safe, secure, and validated by the external world. But what is really inside? The way we live is shaped by how we view our lives in equanimity. The search for meaning is found within.
